A 7-10 day money back guarantee may be applied in the form of a partial payment for the returned Modem / Equipment (refund will include total cost, minus monthly service fee, and a 15% equipment restock fee.) All equipment must be returned damaged free and clean of any cosmetic or usage wear (each return will be inspected and evaluated accordingly) if equipment is deemed acceptable a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days. All equipment must be returned at customers expense unless otherwise noted or approval on account. This partial money back guarantee does not apply to any leased equipment.
