All equipment must be returned damaged free and clean of any cosmetic or usage wear (each return will be inspected and evaluated accordingly) if equipment is deemed acceptable a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days. All equipment must be returned at customers expense unless otherwise noted or approval on account. This partial money back guarantee does not apply to any leased equipment. In cases of Gold and Platinum Plans, a refund can only be applied after a certified Clyirtel Installer removes system and returns equipment thru normal RMA processes (usually an additional 3-5 business days.). A fee up to $150 may be applied to schedule the installer to return to remove services.
